The weather
Cloud will continue to dominate through the afternoon, with only occasional glimpses of sunshine. A little rain is possible in places, especially in the Dolomites and the Pustertal Valley. The snow level will be around 1500 m. The morning will be less cold than recently, with daytime temperatures ranging from 8° to 12°.
Mountain weather
Visibility in the mountains will generally be very poor due to cloud and fog. Light snow is possible at times, especially across the eastern mountain ranges. The brightest conditions will be in the upper Vinschgau valley. Temperatures will fall.

Low cloud and sunshine: A westerly flow aloft will bring somewhat drier air to the Alps.
The weather
Low cloud will be fairly widespread at first. It will break up during the day, allowing more sunshine through. Highs will range from 6° in the upper Pustertal Valley to 13° in the Unterland.
Mountain weather
Lingering cloud and fog will often reduce visibility at first. As the day goes on, sunshine will generally break through.

Changeable weather: On Monday, there will be a mixture of sunny spells and cloud, but it will become overcast from the west during the afternoon. Tuesday will be cloudy to very cloudy, with only occasional sunny breaks. Wednesday will bring sunny spells and thin high cloud. Thick cloud will persist on Thursday, with rain spreading in from the south.
